Description
Basic Function:
This position manages company computer network, phone system and copiers. Responsibility for technology related policies, training, and security. Must have network management experience and proved ability to communicate well both in writing and verbally. Will have regular contact with management, employees, vendors, auditors, and examiners. Should have organizational skills to document policy compliance. Will review all vulnerability tests and audits to recommend and implement procedures to mitigate risk.
A third party provides technical support to bank and agency staff, but the network administrator will need to manage process to make sure problems are solved in a timely manner. Will also need some ability to move printers, computers, monitors, and other equipment. Management will solicit this person’s opinion when making equipment purchase decisions.
